Construction Financing Stage by Stage
Walks through how a construction project is financed from land purchase through to building completion and sale. Covers land acquisition credit, construction loans with tranche disbursement, bridge financing and the conversion to long-term mortgage. Includes a downloadable summary diagram.
Collective Participation Models: Comparing the Main Structures
A comparative look at co-investment agreements, syndicated structures, cooperative finance and crowdlending side by side. Covers the legal framework for each within Chile and explains the key differences in how rights, obligations and income are allocated.
What each format provides
Written Guides
Long-form educational texts organized into sections. Each guide includes an introduction, key concepts, a worked example where relevant, and a summary. Suitable for careful reading and note-taking.
Explainer Videos
Short videos between five and fifteen minutes. Use diagrams, narration and visual examples to walk through key concepts. Hosted for free viewing without account creation.
Downloads
PDF glossaries, summary sheets and reference diagrams. Formatted for printing or offline reading. Each download is a standalone reference that works without the accompanying guide.
Learn at your own pace
There is no required order. If you already know the basics of real estate finance, you can jump directly to the crowdlending or fideicomiso tracks. If you are starting from scratch, the introductory track covers the context you need.
Materials are designed to be used independently. You do not need a guide to understand a video, and the downloadable sheets summarize the key points from both. Take what is useful and leave what is not.
